Step 1 – Prepare your ReSound ONE hearing aids, dry cloth and clearning brush. These supplies are provided in your ReSound hearing aid packaging.
Step 2 – Do not use water or liquid solvents for cleaning.
Step 3 – Hold the hearing aid between your thumb and forefinger in the upright position. With the opposite hand, gently brush the hearing aid and microphone ports.
Step 4 – Hold the ReSound ONE hearing aid dome between your thumb and forefinger and gently brush the tip of the dome.
Step 5 – Flip the hearing aid over. Hold the base of the receiver with the back facing upwards between your thumb and your forefinger. Gently brush the back of the receiver nozzle.
Step 6 – Finally, gently wipe the hearing aid with the dry cloth.Your ReSound ONE hearing aid is now clean.
